Excellent Outcomes. Continued.
Hospitals and other facilities work tirelessly to save lives from addiction. Sanctuary Recovery Centers partner with providers to offer next-steps along their patient’s path to sobriety. We are dedicated to continued recovery from drug and alcohol abuse and understand that support needs to be all-encompassing. We make it a priority to clearly communicate with each client’s providers, no matter what specialty.
Giving Your Patients the Best.
A Tradition of excellent treatment.
Who We treat.
Residential Treatment.
Our program is a 3-12 month residential treatment that provides individualized care from highly experienced trauma therapists that includes, but is not limited to, Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder. Our staff psychiatrists, nurses and clinicians make the difference.
Transferring Care.
We have numerous providers across the state who refer members to Sanctuary in certain situations including:
- After substance use detox
- Transferring care from residential treatment when they are at capacity or need a different level of care
- Transferring care to structured sober living if the member has relapsed in care
Sanctuary has also partnered with surrounding tribal providers to help with the substance abuse epidemic in their communities.
Native American Community.
Native Americans have the highest methamphetamine abuse rates, including past month use at more than 3 times the rate of any other group. They are also more likely to report drug abuse in the past month (17.4%) or year (28.5%) than any other ethnic group. We partnered with these tribes due to their location of community and the impact that substance use disorder has had on their members.
Patient Housing.
Strategic Treatment Paths.
Upon entry into our program, each resident will have an intake completed with a Case Manager. The intake includes resident handbook review, drug testing, pregnancy testing, individualized treatment plan and assessment created by a Licensed Clinician within 48 hours, and a Physical/Psychiatric Health Screening within 7 days.
Once all these areas are completed, the client will have an individualized care plan created to ensure the best possible outcomes for them. Individual therapy sessions and Clinical Process Groups are conducted 5 days a week, for a combined total of 20 hours a week.
Our specialty is placing patients in the most suitable level of care, and mapping their path to healing, using the most appropriate resources and clinicians. Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in this process.
